What is art contract 2D? This course will allow you to experiment with different art techniques through a variety of two dimensional projects, including painting, drawing, printmaking, etc.
How does this class work? This course allows students to choose their own projects based on their interests. This course is also a prerequisite for more advanced art courses. If you would like more guidance in your projects, based on a desire to continue to higher level art courses, please speak to the instructor for suggested topics. First time students will all begin the year with the same project and then choose independently as the course continues. When beginning a project, the instructor will often give a brief overview of techniques and will offer tips and feedback throughout the process. Overall, all students must complete 7 credits to complete the course. See below for credit information.
